Installation tips for chemical anchor studs

  1. Ensure the hole is drilled to the correct diameter and depth.
  2. Clean the hole thoroughly of drilling dust and debris (use blow-out and brush cleaning).
  3. Inject the correct chemical resin (adhesive) into the hole and insert the anchor stud to the correct depth. Each stud has a depth indicator on the shank.
  4. Allow the correct curing time before applying any load.
  5. Tighten the nut to the specified torque, with the washer in place, to achieve full load performance.
