Installation tips for chemical anchor studs
- Ensure the hole is drilled to the correct diameter and depth.
- Clean the hole thoroughly of drilling dust and debris (use blow-out and brush cleaning).
- Inject the correct chemical resin (adhesive) into the hole and insert the anchor stud to the correct depth. Each stud has a depth indicator on the shank.
- Allow the correct curing time before applying any load.
- Tighten the nut to the specified torque, with the washer in place, to achieve full load performance.
