The Rotabroach Pilot Pin is a genuine replacement pilot pin designed for use with Rotabroach long series annular cutters. 

The pilot pin locates against the workpiece before drilling begins which helps to accurately position the annular cutter and reduce wandering during initial contact. This helps to ensure hole accuracy, better drilling consistency, and cleaner hole start.

As drilling progresses, the pilot pin retracts into the arbor, allowing coolant or cutting fluid to flow through the centre of the cutter directly onto the cutting edges.

Once the cut is complete, the spring-loaded pilot pin assists in ejecting the metal slug from inside the annular cutter.
